How to cancel
For a membership bought in the iPhone app:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Choose MaxxLook.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Do the free scan first. It shows your overall score and area scores, which is enough to judge whether the measurements make sense to you. Membership is for what comes after: the full breakdowns, your ranked opportunities and how to test them, a daily plan, and the re-scans that show what actually changed.
